'The Lifestyle Challenge has given me the chance to make new friends and to be more positive about the future'. 'I got more out of this than I ever expected'. - some of the comments from past participants
The lifestyle challenge is aimed at encouraging, supporting and enabling women to begin along the path of health, fitness and wellbeing within their lives and to teach them the skills to sustainably manage this long term. Many of our Lifestyle Challenge graduates have gone on to complete our mentor training and become community mentors themselves.
